Navigating Care, our new secure patient portal, is your digital companion to manage your care and ge the support you need with 24/7 secure online access from any web-enabled device.
- Access your Health Records – View and interpret your lab and test results
- Easily Manage Your Care – Download health records, view appointments, add caregivers
- Skip Phone Wait Times – Securely message your care team for non-urgent matters
- Stay Informed – Receive personalized and trustworthy education about your treatment
How to Register Your Portal Account and Get Help:
A. I provided my email to my clinic:
- Go to patient.navigatingcare.com
- Scroll down and click, “Need to Register” and then select “Start Here” to request a new invitation
- Search your meail for “Navigating Care” (don’t forget to check spam)
- If you still do not see an email, contact your Lowcountry Oncology to confirm your email on file
- After confirming, ask to be sent a new invitation
B. I don’t ahve an email for provide my clinic:
- Contact Lowcountry Oncology to obtain temproary credentials (if not previously provided)
- Go to patient.navigatingcare.com
- Scroll down and select “Sign in with username’
- Enter provided login credentials
